Service was great. Technician was a nice guy. Service call out fee on the weekend was fine. Price to change out the compacitor for the blower in the attic was pretty expensive to me. Charging $225 for just that to be changed out on top of the call out fee is kind of crazy to me. My compacitor wasn't bad either. Just slightly out of what the readings are suppose to be. Technician said I'd get more volume from the supply vents but I'm not getting a noticeable change. I know this because I've been checking my supply vents the past month contemplating on calling an ac company. Technician was in and out within an hour. Call out fee at $179 should cover the first hour of labor and then just charge for parts. And if this company says $225 is the cost of the parts then the mark up on these competitors are wild. I know things need to be marked up. I understand the company needs to make money. But for me to pay $400 and nothing change is wild. Like I said before. Great experience all the way up to the cost of the parts.

Add-on. Second Part. I do appreciate the response from this review so quickly and also telling me the profit margins. All in all I still like the company. Price just caught me off guard a little. Thanks for being so quick to come out.

We received excellent service. Called them for the first time to check out why one of our units that wasn't cooling. They came within the hour and we didn't ask them to rush over. The tech was polite, thorough and he explained the issue quite well. On top of all that, I was super excited at the cost of the fix. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Chapman's to others.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. Lexi in the office has a wonderful personality, along with the knowledge to address questions with a style and tone that soothes the beast.

Hunter. the technician, was personable, professional and pleasant to work with. He jumped right in and started the task before I even knew he was here. Once he was finished, he advised me on ways to better protect the equipment.

I definitely recommend Chapmans. Not only for quality but for people skills and the $$$$$ it saved me. My unit was repaired for 1/4 the cost I was quoted by others.

Want to give a shout out to Chapman's A/C & Heating and tech Grayson who came out and fixed our AC drain issue last night.
Great customer service from the answered call (Jen), to Zane on the call back, then Grayson who came out to the house.
Super knowledgeable, prompt repair.
They do offer annual maintenance plans which we are signing up for.

Luis was absolutely great. Was super nice and very confident with his work. He was quick and knew his work. But daaaammmnnnnn I was expecting a couple hundred bucks, definitely wasn’t expecting almost $450. I get everybody gotta make money and everybody got overhead, but again dammmnnnnn lol.. Oh well so far so good. No complaints on the work or the person who did the work. Definitely will call again if I need a AC work.

We had gotten one other quote/walkthrough before Chapmans and let me tell you the difference of just the enthusiasm and knowledge of the representative, Jordan, was hands down why we chose them! He made us feel like they were happy to have our business and answered all of our questions which really makes a difference when you’re about to spend a large amt of money on your home! I just had to give him his accolades. And the vent/duct work was impeccable! We were VERY impressed with our vent/duct upgrades and are so happy that we chose them! They definitely lived up to their reputation!

Ok job is completed and all is good. Chapmans ac really came through with making it right to the customer. Chapmans was told by a large ac manufacturer that their unit, would work with another competitors unit, but it wouldn’t . Decision went up the chain of command and from the top, decided it was not the customers fault. Chapmans was given wrong information, but as true professional’s they made it right for the customer !!! 👍😁
